Our expertise lies in the take-over process from project developers, establishing & setting up Owners Association, its by-laws, conducting the General Assembly Meetings of the Owners Association, sending out notices, meeting’s agenda, minutes of meeting, quorum, conducting elections to elect board members, verifying their eligibility to participate & vote, making & approving resolutions, preparing budgets and setting annual maintenance service charges, collection of these service charges, establishing rules & regulations for all activities conducted within the premises’ shared common facilities, implementing Health/Safety/Environmental guidelines etc.
